Who this program is perfect for?

Anyone who is busy (no 40 videos to watch here or endless reading!), anyone in the first few years of business ownership who feels like they are spinning their wheels, or needs a kick in the pants when it comes to the making actual money part. If you're ready to finally start the business you've been thinking about for a while - this will help lay a solid foundation. ANY BUSINESS is welcome in Blooming Business not just flower focused brands. We’ve had photographers, stylists, AirBnb hosts, shop owners, Health + Wellness entrepreneurs & more join us in class.

How does it work?

Blooming Business meets once per month on Zoom March - June. Can't make it LIVE? No worries - we email a playback of each class the following day. Each month we'll provide a worksheet, and a new topic for us to dive deep into. Class wraps up each month with a LIVE Q+A on that months topic. Most often our class finds the Q+A portion of each month the most helpful. This is when you’ll be able to ask your questions to Kalin directly!

The 2024 Spring Session dates are below:

• Class is will be held at 8pm EST on the following dates: 3/19, 4/9, 5/14, 6/11

What topics will be covered?

• March : Branding - the most essential part of the equation. We'll workshop your 'brand' into something that feels like you, making it easy to share with the world. You’ll leave this month’s class with the framework to craft a brand that people want to purchase from.

• April : Marketing + Social Media - how to get the word out about who you are, what you do, and why you don't need to 'go viral' to call it successful marketing. We’ll break down the exact formula we use at Sweetwater for Social Media + why we think we’re all taking it a bit too seriously. Leave class with 5 social media practices you can manage easily without feeling overwhelmed.

• May : Money Matters with Matt - Sweetwater "SweetEO" and Business Director, Matt will join us this month to discuss an easy to follow foundation to put in place to make a profitable business happen. The money part is hard, start off on the right foot. Worried you’re already up sh** Creek on this one? We’ll provide the framework to right the ship.

• June : Client + Customer Experience - every single person who purchases from you deserves to feel special, we'll share our formula for "Sweetwater Magic." 

The cost to purchase all these workshops / consulting hours separately with Kalin: over $1,000.
